Diffusion, tasting and marketing space
In order to make the world of anchovy known, we want to open a space for the dissemination, tasting and marketing of all the products made and marketed by us. Complemented by other artisanal products made in our closest surroundings.
The main objective will be the dissemination of the world of anchovy. From its fishing, to its preparation and finally to its marketing. To help achieve this goal, there will be face-to-face talks on different topics related to anchovies (fishing, cooking, history, etc.), product tastings and video viewings that will help visitors to understand everything there is. last before getting a jar of anchovies.
